At Mattel Creations, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium apparel and limited-edition fashion pieces. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the fashion items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original packaging if possible.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Drop off your return package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the barcode is clearly visible for scanning.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned apparel for quality assurance, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
